I want to remind you to seek a healthy outlet. At Xanadu, we'd like to show you that you all have a very special coping skill you were born with, that is the skill to play and self soothe.  Human contact and a feeling of belonging are so important during this time. This group will allow you to have human contact, a healthy outlet to play and a newly learned creative skill. For a $5 fee, you can join us every Sunday for 4 weeks. These are live tutorials where you'll learn watercolor techniques. A watercolor kit is available, if you'd like, just follow the link provided. Or just work with what you have. If you have watercolors, watercolor paper, a brush, 2 cups of water and a pencil with an eraser, you are golden!
